Baptism Thank You Cards

0

As many of you know, one of my favorite things to make and write is thank you cards. The day after Hubs and I got married, I hand wrote out all of our thank you cards (150+) before we left for the honeymoon, because I love writing thank you notes that much. Granted, those were on custom stationary, not hand made cards...but my love of giving thanks is what I'm trying to express here. I just really stinking love saying thank you!

I had a lot of fun making these thank you cards. My mom helped me by cutting out the base of the cards with some leftover card stock from my wedding invitations using one of her fancy dies for pop-up cards!!

From there I embellished with everything I could get my hands on. I made quite a mess on my table and had a blast doing it! I stamped, I embossed, I bakers twined and washi taped and ribboned and chalked. Whew! What fun, what fun!!

Here are a few of the finished products. Don't mind my lack of lighting for these photographs. I say that someday I'll learn how to use my camera...we all know that's a lie. Unless the lighting is perfect, my photos are just going to stink and ya'll are going to just have to love me anyway. Or like me. Or don't. Who am I to care??

And just because I had to...I added the Sparkles stamp on the back of all of them :)
What have you created lately?
